DNS resolution does not work after upgrade from 17.04 to 17.10

Bug Description

Once 17.10 is installed,DNS resolution does not work after reboot.
May be the bug is in systemd-resolved ?
Work around by using unbound instead

Is this problem still reproducible for you (if you de-configure unbound)?

If so, please provide all of the following:
- the contents of /etc/resolv.conf
- the output of 'ls -l /etc/resolv.conf'
- the output of 'systemd-resolve --status'
