Bug Description

When trying to create a new OpenVPN connection by importing a saved VPN config file, it gives the following error:

The file 'client1.ovpn' could not be read or does not contain recognized VPN connection information
Error: the plugin does not support import capability.

This happens with some OpenVPN 2.4 config files, that run with now problem when using OpenVPN on the command line.

More specifically, some Asus routers configure and OpenVPN server, and give this file to the users in oder to connect to it, however the network manger is not able to parse it.

Using 64 bits Mint Cinnamon 18.2, kernel 4.11
