Bug Description

[In:/doc/percona-xtrabackup/LATEST/howtos/recipes_ibkx_gtid.html]

The tool doesn't check mysql directive max_user_connections nor permits to set limit of connections. Running innobackupex caused this error to be shown when trying to connect to mysql:

ERROR 1203 (42000): User *** already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

Hello,
To understand the problem in detail can you please send the xtrabackup version, the exact xtrabackup command and the xtrabackup backup log that is generated when the backup is ongoing. I dnot think that this could be a bug. Also checked the bugs database but could not find anything related. We can try to reproduce it though if you send the requested information and confirm if it exists.
