This seems to be a Wayland issue. Sticky keys works for me if I log in to an "Ubuntu on Xorg" session, but not if I log in to "Ubuntu".

Not sure which is the affected package, but quite sure it's not ubuntu-docs. Changing to gnome-control-center for now.

affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu) → gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)

This does not appear to be a security vulnerability so I am unmarking it as Public Security.

The above fix is scheduled for release upstream in the next preview release of gnome-shell 3.27 (3.27.2?). It doesn't appear to be backported to 3.26 but that would appear unlikely (I am guessing) due to the large number of patches involved.
