Bug Description

I runned do-release-upgrade
Ubuntu Mate x64 17.04 to Ubuntu Mate x64 17.10

While the upgrade, it told me, that it will deactivate my PPA's and that I'm able to reactivate them after the upgrade.
That's fine.

BUT while I activated the PPA's, I saw that every PPA name is lost.
They are now commented "Deactivated while upgrade to artful".
(In my german language "Bei Aktualisierung zu artful deaktiviert").
Now I habe 22 PPA's with the same, wrong comment.
Only their URL is different.

Also there are now many deactivated "source" PPA's like 3 "Important security updated".
I only see the difference if I click on "edit" on every of them.

Also there is the Bug, that, on every click on the checkbox' to (de-)activate a source, the complete list jumps to the start.
So I need to scroll for every click down the long list.....
