Bug Description
Pods fail to launch due to missing CNI binaries
Using Contrail 4.0.2 (RedHat7) single YAML way of installation
Fix:
cd /tmp
yum install golang -y
git clone https:/
cd plugins
./build.sh
cp bin/loopback /opt/cni/bin
