Bug Description

Why on earth do the post removal scrips generate initrd images that are going to be REMOVED? Anyway, "sudo apt-get remove linux-image-extra-4.4.0-96-generic" failed, don't know why, it should not have been called in the first place.

After recreating links in "/" to images in /boot (which I had removed earlier) lilo ran without complaint.
