Bug Description

Since 17.10 is artful, it seems to be sorted before older releases, giving this slightly jarring output:

 ~ w3m -dump 'http://manpages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search.py?q=umake'
Ubuntu manuals

[ ] go

┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓

The actual manpage doesn't list 17.10. The top section lists:

12.04 LTS
14.04 LTS
15.10
16.04 LTS
16.10
17.04

not an exact duplicate, but both of these issues will be fixed by fixing the other bug. Thanks for the report.
