Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 17.10
2. Install `gnome-panel` and `gnome-
3. Reboot
4. Login to GNOME FlashBack session
5. Do some work (the last I did was `sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-
Expected results:
* gnome-panel is responsible, updates time, user is able to click on indicators (network, keyboard, bluetooth, battery, clock) and on gear button
Actual results:
* gnome-panel reacts only in left side (Applications menu and Places menu), but not in the right side (indicators are froze, user is unable to click on gear button)
