Unable to put grub-efi bootloader on target, i.e, / during installation

Bug Description

When I tried to install lubuntu 17.10 on my laptop. It showed an error while installing grub-efi bootloader, I am unable to boot my system, only a grub shell is available on boot, what do I do? Please help ASAP. I am a beginner.
