Bug Description
did'nt look closely, sorry:/
but it was on a fresh install of ubuntu, first software manager failed (twice) to install opera deb.
then I apt-get update, retried and it worked, but strange debconf windows appeared and timed out.
Report button bringed me here. Hope it helps.
