Manual Trove Installation page exists many format issues

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

Currently, The rst file exists too many long lines. Also the readability of code samples is poor.

Thanks for taking care of this Chason. As you see from my review comments, there are a few more things that need to be sorted out.
