add a gconf key to turning on/off application level 3D effects

we need a system wide configuration (via a gconf key), for
turning on/off application level 3D effects.
we need define a system wide key and having moblin-applets add that key to it's schema with the
default to be off. Developers can turn the key off/on via gconf command
line tools, and we can also have the device specific configuration
package turn on the option in the post processing script.

yes, thanks, /desktop/moblin/interface/switch3d is OK, but I think at first I can try /apps/moblin-media/misc/switch3d, just enable 3D feature of Moblin-media
