Upgrade Ocata to Pike running upgrade-non-controller.sh script for a split stack compute node prompts for heat-admin user password

As discussed at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1502874 for the Ocata to Pike upgrade of a split stack environment it would be nice to have an override for the overcloud user, rather than having to use the UPGRADE_NODE_USER environment variable.

    Adds --overcloud-user option to upgrade-non-controller.sh

    There is an existing UPGRADE_NODE_USER environment variable you
    can override but this wires that up to the script cli as -U or
    --overcloud-user. This is especially useful for split stack
    environments where the default overcloud admin user is 'stack'
    and not 'heat-admin'.
