Nomenclature does not fit textures: light time!

Bug Description

Some textures are misaligned by a few degrees when compared to the newly introduced nomenclature labels. (Dione, Mimas, Rhea, ...)

This has to do with light time correction: When I switch off light time correction, Nomenclature fits perfectly to the craters.

For more elegance, you could retrieve the Planet's axisRotation instead of recomputation when computing NomenclatureItem's nlongitude.
