PDF does not save all objects

Bug Description

Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06).
Very simple document, nothing was imported from AI, only 1 bitmap, ~100 text boxes imported from SVG and OpenAccess logo imported from svg.
After some edittings OpenAccess logo does not print to PDF internal circle (i.e. there is no internal circle in the logo after saving to PDF - just one object disappeared from PDF). Still every object is visibile on screen and in exported PNG. Moving object to different layer didnt help. Helped changing object line from 0.012 to 0.02. Circle is a little bit bigger than in original logo, but at least it helped. Save to PDF 1.5 with bleeds, convert text to paths on, rasterize filters on.

Please reopen bug #1174909 .
It seems to be the same but still exist in newest version and was also reported in 2017. I confirm: filling also disappeared.
