please sync apt-mirror_0.4.4+debian-2 from debian (main) to hardy

Please sync this package, all ubuntu changes have been incorporated upstream in debian and also this should close a few LP bugs ( i'll do so manualy once syncd )

apt-mirror (0.4.4+debian-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * added 04_double_tilde patch to not clean files with two
    tilde's when clean.sh is run
  * added debian and ubuntu specific mirror.list files and install them
    depending on lsb_release -si at build time
