Bug Description
after downloading an application/file from a web browser and then clicking the file icon to open file location causes the system to lock up. This resolves after some time. I have replicated this on a pc with an 3rd gen i3 desktop pc with 4gigs of RAM and a lenovo think pad i7 with 8gigs of ram.
