Binary package hint: laptop-mode-tools

Bart Samwel, maintainer of laptop-mode-tools in Debian, says that using laptop-mode causes system hangs for some people. Which is why it can't be enabled by default.

It isn't enabled by default.

Okay I've changed the summary. The system hangs issue should be fixed so that using laptop-mode by default can be considered.
