[2.3, HWTv2] Add ability to view previous results on the node-results page

With MAAS 2.3 users can now view previous commissioning or testing script results on the node-details page. If a user wishes to view the logs from the result they are sent to a new page with more detailed information. If they want to select a previous result they must go back to the node-details page.

We can modify "Start time" to be a drop down of the previous results. This will allow users to easily go through results.
