Clear up repository configs for quickstart

Repositories configs should be cleared up and not duplicated in release directory of oooq[1] and we should have all stable branches there (newton, ocata, pike)

also need to remove mitaka as there are 404 links

    [Configuration] Remove liberty files.

    Remove the liberty configuration. The liberty release is no longer
    supported by the community.
