Nothing to add, failed to install and I get a notice on startup about this. On mid 2009 macBook.

Hey thanks for taking the time to file a bug, however, if you take a look at the above log message you will partially see that you have not yet set the fully qualified domain name for amavis. Once you set this, the service will start correctly.
