Bug Description
whenever I close an application display rotates left on its own. I am at present using Ubuntu Budgie 17.10 Beta 2 .

I have a test PPA available -
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntubudgi
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
please test with this and let me know if this issue is resolved.
after testing - please remove the ppa
sudo ppa-purge ppa:ubuntubudgi
