I dont think this is a bug.
in your last issue, you've missed a important step: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-i18n/+bug/1722190

建议仔细阅读文档, 按照步骤操作. 我目前也是搭建的mitaka版, 没有遇到此类问题.

我操作了好几遍。这个按照官网mitaka的操作步骤一直都在。
后来按照上述方法执行。部署结果就通过了。
不知道能否可以上传截图。下次执行的时候，可以将截图上传上来。
