Smlite: testbed_parser not working for xmpp auth variables

Bug Description

For 4.1, I am setting xmpp auth variables in testbed file and running testbed_parser command to get combined.json. I see that xmpp auth variables are not being set in combined.json now. This used to work in 4.0.1.

Please change testbed_parser to include xmpp auth.

These are needed to import xmpp auth settings in testbed.py to cluster.json
