Web Client: Pressing F1 in catalog search does not bring up checkout screen

Bug Description
Found in 3.0. To recreate:
1) Sign in to the staff web client
2) Press F3 to begin a catalog search
3) Click on an item from the search
4) Press F1 to go to checkout
...On Chrome, it brings up Chrome Help.

Hi Sam -- I think you're probably running into the issue alluded to by Galen in comment #2 of bug 1508477.
If you click outside of the embedded catalog area (i.e towards the top of the screen) you should be able to use the F1 shortcut as expected.
Obviously it's still an issue but I hope this is helpful for the time being.
