Bug Description

After purge of network manager:
- terminix is no longer the default
- terminix throws warning about config issue, offers link that does not work
- icon theme is changed

The documentation for 'purge' says that the target application's config files are removed.

If the implementation of purge for network manager is correct, then the configuration of network manager is held in files with inappropriately broad scope.

status: New → Invalid

network manager is a mandatory component of the budgie desktop and the environment.

purging that will indeed uninstall stuff.

Thus do not uninstall network manager
