Title: package libtidy-0.99-0 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: a tentar sobre-escrever '/usr/lib/
UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install)
Workaround:
Uninstall and reinstall tidy:

sudo dpkg -i tidy-5.
