Web Client: Patron Edit Screen - Permission Grp Dropdown lacks scroll bar

In 3.0.0:

It would be helpful if the dropdown box for the "Main (Profile) Permission Group" had a scroll bar on the patron registration / edit screen (like Home Library does).

The lack of a scroll bar was problematic especially for users on tablets.

Does this address the same issue for the patron search screen where home library opens smaller with a scrollbar and permission group expands in full without scroll bar? I can open a new bug if needed. We also have a lot of permission groups in CW MARS!
