Web Client: Registering patron with same name doesn't show alert

Bug Description

In 3.0.0:

If I register a new patron with the same name as an existing patron I do not get any alert that patrons with the same name exist.

I looked at this on demo.evergreencatalog.com (newly on 3.0.0) and I am seeing the alert as expected. If I click it I am taken to a search showing me patron(s) who match the name.

This is working for me now too, I think we may have not had one of our indexes built on the server I was testing on. Marking this as invalid.
