Web Client: Registering patron with same name doesn't show alert

Bug Description
In 3.0.0:
If I register a new patron with the same name as an existing patron I do not get any alert that patrons with the same name exist.
To post a comment you must log in.
I looked at this on demo.evergreenc atalog. com (newly on 3.0.0) and I am seeing the alert as expected. If I click it I am taken to a search showing me patron(s) who match the name.
