foreign conjoined items display in scoped search

When performing a scoped search foreign items are displayed in the results if the scoped system has holdings on the bib record.

This issue is mentioned in bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1097915 as a separate bug, but no bug was created.

Exists in 2.9

To test:
System 1 has items on other bibs that are linked to Bib A
System 2 has non-conjoined items on Bib A
Search is scoped to System 2
Foreign items for System 1 are displayed in the record view

The desired result would be that System 1 holdings are not displayed.

Could you clarify if this happens on the search results page or on the record page? I wasn't having much luck when I tried to replicate it on a system using the Concerto test dataset, and I want to make sure I'm looking in the right place.

This occurs when you are looking on the record page.

I should also clarify that the foreign items display when you are looking at "Bib A" not the other bibs
