Bug Description

Right-clicking in the 'All Day' area should always give users the 'New Event'
context option -- even if there's already an event in there. Without this
right-clicking ability, users have to go through the extra step of creating a
new event in the regular schedule area, then clearing the 'Time associated'
checkbox.

I am going to close this report since it has been introduced upstream as a wishlist item. This is the type of item that will have to be implemented upstream, and now hopefully get into KDE 4. The upstream report will remain open.
