Bug Description
The Holds Shelf page in the web client is missing the patron barcode as a column. We need to be able to display the patron barcode when viewing the holds shelf.

Another issue on this column picker:
There are duplicate columns on it, such as 2 Active fields, 4 Deleted, 2 Is Mint Condition, etc.
There are also irrelevant fields such as 3 Alert Messages (which is obsolete), 2 Barred, Claimed Never Returned Count, etc.
