Bug Description
A Subnet can have more than one DHCP server. Subnet object definition currently can store only one IP.
This parameter, "dhcp_server", is not in use in os-vif or in Nova when the Subnet object is created by os-vif.
"dhcp_server" is still being used by virt Firewall.
