OVN heat templates should provide the option to configure the name of the OVS integration bridge

The defaut value of the integration bridge which ovn-controller will take control of is "br-int". It would be desirable to provide it as a configuration option. A user can override it to some other value.

Another use case of this is when a user wants to migrate from default neutron ml2ovs to OVN. When the stack is updated, user may want to configure the name of the integration bridge to some other value, so that ovn-controller and neutron ovs agents don't fight each other until neutron ovs agent is stopped and disabled.

    The default value of integration bridge if not configured is "br-int".
    This is fine, but suppose if the user wants someother bridge then this
    configuration option will be useful.
