The "Save and Add Another" button in the add machine form does not appear to work

I ended up adding quite a few nodes from a moonshot chassis to MaaS manually and in the process discovered that it doesn't _appear_ that the "Save and add another" button on the add machine form works. In fact, clicking it appears to break the form such that you're forced to reload the main nodes page in order to be able to add the next machine. This is in 2.3, I should be able to remove a couple units and re-add them if you want logging or anything from this process.
