Bug Description
If I disable the quickeffect filters then open the preferences dialog, the filters are re-enabled.
This is extremely undesirable behaviour when performing.
For example:
Creating a build up using filter,
Bring filter right up
Music hits a drop and disable filter for instant effect
Open Preferences to change some setting (e.g. skin or whatever)
Filter is enabled, apply that extreme filter setting and cutting out lots of frequencies.
System: Ubuntu 16.10 with lowlatency kernel
