1. On a workspace with no window, toggle spread mode (super key)
2. Open a terminal with its keybinding: CTRL+ALT+T
Expected result
The terminal opens in the center of the screen with a frame around it

The frame is displayed in the center of the screen but the application window is outside of the frame (cf screenshot)
