Leave font names unchanged when exporting postscript

Bug Description
Inkscape 0.45.1 does replace unknown font names when exporting postscript
with some default fonts like "/Sans". This might sometimes be a comfortable
behaviour, but it can be a pain, when struggling with postscript font
names.
I suggest extending the postscript export dialog with an option "Substitute
Fonts" which is by default switched on.
When switched off, font names should exported literally as specified in the
inkscape document.
