After looking at http://status.openstack.org/elastic-recheck/

#1 issue is Bug 1686542 - Generic job timeout bug
91 fails in 24 hrs / 321 fails in 10 days

Note: click on build_name to include the job name in the results

The deploy and validation are executed and pass, it's timing out at the very end. Looks like we only need shave a few minutes off to avoid this.
