Bug Description
I use tilda on several different versions of ubuntu. In the latest beta of 17.10 the transparency effect is not working. I have tried adjusting different settings under the appearance tab but with no effect. I am using XFCE. Transparency works in other areas of the desktop so I'm filing this with Tilda.

After latest apt upgrade transparency is working as expected.
