Bug Description
OSError: cannot load library libngspice.so: libngspice.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.

While testing some other bug reports, I tried to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu artful, but I didn't get any error message when attempting to start the program. Though without any version number or release mentioned, I suppose the issue might have occured in another Ubuntu release?
Please run the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:
apport-collect 1718433
