roles-data-validation not run in CI

roles-data-validation.sh is supposed to run in CI but it's not, due to a typo:

    Run roles data validation in CI

    The roles data validation added in
    2eb1476b6e93279d4ee4988c856dba50ab168bc5 was never run due to a typo in
    tox.ini.
