Switching keyboard shortcuts on-fly

A user reports that switching keyboard shortcuts on-fly, without reloading
Inkscape, would be handy for cases, when a single computer has to be shared
between two people who use different applications.

I have corel shortcuts burned into my neurons. The ability to switch shortcuts on the fly would ease my transition greatly.

Keyboard shortcuts can be switched on-the-fly from Inkscape Preferences->Interface->Keyboard Shortcuts.
All the shortcut files in the Inkscape system keys dir and the users keys dir are included in the dropdown list.
