Delete oper on k8s/openshift all-in-one YAML file doesn't delete the mount paths, vHost interfaces

Bug Description

Deleting Contrail all-in-one YAML file in K8s/OpenShift doesn't delete all the resources it creates during create oper.

As a result, re-running the all-in-one installer will fail. Resources like mountpaths, vHost interface, kernel vRouter module, etc needs to have a clean teardown.

Waiting for https://review.opencontrail.org/#/c/41791/4 to be merged. After that the cleanup script can be added in a K8S lifecycle hook.

Added cleanup script in the preStop lifecycle event for vrouter-agent.
Also added missing mounts in non-nested template.
