torbrowser-launcher error 404

after installing torbrowser-launcher via apt and running it, the launcher tries to download the latest torbrowser bundle from the internet but returns with a 404. the url does not exist as it seems the directory structure of the repo's changed. torbrowser does not get installed thus cannot be launched.

tried on beta1 and daily 14.09.2017.

Downloader 404s. URL format for download link changed from linux64 to linux-x86_64. Supplying the correct URL via command line arguments does not work.
