onos ml2 tries to bind unsupported vnic types

Bug Description

Currently, onos ml2 only supports normal vnic_type.
But it tries to bind other vnic_types like direct.
This will cause wrong behavior when we use both onos ml2 and sriovnicswitch ml2.
onos ml2 should not bind vnic_types that is not support.
