WiFi not working after suspend

I've found two issues related to WiFi:

- First is that when I put my computer in suspension (what I usually do every day when working) and then log in, I found the WiFi not showing any network, and the only way of reconnect is to restart the system, and this it not a solution for obvious reasons.

- Second is that when my network shuts down for any reason, the computer won't detect it unless I restart it.

These two things have happened to me in two different computers with both Linux Mint Mate and XFCE. I've already tried fresh reinstall, with no modification, and still happens. Haven't tried other distros by the time, but in the past i've never had this problem with Ubuntu, for example.

I don't have any technical information to provide to help correlate the situation, but I insist, two different computers have shown this issue since Linux Mint 18, so I think it does have to do with the distro and not my hardware (it's all I know).

Also, the "solutions" provided by similar post that i've found on Google don't work, or are too messy, wich is not a solution if I'm going to install these distros on friends computers, for example.

UPDATE: I've partially solved the issue using the following command,

sudo /etc/init.d/network-manager restart

I mean "partially" because is something I have to do now every time I suspend the computer. ¿Please any way of making this auto after suspension?
