A set of default test runners should be available in all project checkbox snaps

All of the following test plans should be available in project checkbox snaps:

* Full test (including both manual and auto tests, this is for easier enablement cycle testing)

* Manual smoke tests (for easier maintenance cycle manual smoke testing)

* Pure manual tests (for easier maintenance cycle manual testing)

* Pure auto tests (for easier maintenance cycle auto testing)

* Stress tests (power off, reboot, s3, s4)

The actual implementation could be either (1) a launcher/runner per test plan, or (2) one launcher with multiple test plans available for selection. QA is fine with either implementation.

A "manual smoke test" test plan also needs to be included as a default test plan option.

QA is still drafting a list of cases that are needed in this test plan (details see bug #1716594).

Updated the original description to include smoke tests, though please note that completion of the integration of smoke test plan will depend on availability of the list in bug #1716594.
