Cannot add new user in new Gnome Settings

Bug Description
Got the update for the new Gnome Settings, and I am not able to add new users. Details -> Users shows the current users on the system, click on Unlock prompts for administrator/root password, once password is entered successfully Gnome Settings disappears.

The old "shell" for gnome-control- center is still installed for now. So as a workaround, you can run
gnome-control- center- alt
Only one gnome-control- center can run at a time so make sure you close one before trying to run the other.
